Job Description:

The Old Mutual Finance Client Relations Consultant provides telephonic and face-to-face service to customers. Adheres to service and quality standards. Adheres to business, process and compliance rules. Moderate to high level of technical knowledge. Multi skilled across product and process relevant to the business area.

Job Responsibilities:

• Individually accountable for managing own time, tasks and output quality for periods of 1 day to a maximum of 3 months.
• Continuously broadens individual skills.
• Builds, develops and maintains a pipeline of new and existing clients.
• Generates leads.
• Informs clients of requirements and procedures
• Provides telephonic and face-to-face service to customers.
• Accountable for individual operational and sales targets and service delivery through own efforts.
• Markets OMF service and products to individual clients.
• Accepts and lives the company values.
• Collaborates effectively with others to achieve personal results.
• Adheres to business, process and compliance rules

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years client service experience
• Minimum 2 years sales and/or lending experience with individual sales targets
• Grade 12 or equivalent
