Job Responsibilities: Have an in-depth understanding of own specialisation and deliver, targeted learning interventions that are responsive and relevant to a fast changing world of work; Teach on one or more of the modules offered by the Executive Education unit covering the following areas: Innovation, Leadership, Strategy, EQ/SQ, People Management, Operations, Finance, Business Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing; Programme administration and management; Performing other duties as delegated by Head of the Department. Job Requirements: Relevant tertiary teaching experience in Executive Education and Industry experience in the field Innovation, Leadership, Strategy, People Management, Operations, Finance, Business Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing. A minimum of a Master’s degree in the disciplines relating to Innovation, Leadership, Strategy, EQ/SQ, People Management, Operations, Finance, Business Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Marketing. You’ll be self-driven, disciplined and able to function independently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
