Job Description: To serve as the Social Worker in support of the work of the GEO. This includes but is not limited to: Managing and coordinating counselling, advice and support for staff and students; Facilitating alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and gender sensitivity training; Various administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities: Providing a supportive, understanding, and professional service to students in the service of the office. Providing support for the preventative/advocacy work of the office. Providing counselling to individuals who are survivors of gender violence.
