Job Responsibilities: Ensures compliance with the College’s Service Charter Examines Master’s and Doctoral students’ dissertations and theses Teaches undergraduate and mostly postgraduate modules Evaluates tutorial material of colleagues and oversees that it is improved Supervises/promotes Master and Doctoral students Acts as module leader or course coordinator Job Requirements: A Doctoral degree at NQF level 10 in Marketing Management/Marketing Communication or cognate field. Successful supervision of a postgraduate dissertation or thesis to completion At least 4 (four) years teaching / work experience with a strong focus in the fields of specialisation in of Marketing and Retail Management. Must have produced 4 (four) research output points in the last 3 (three) years OR 6 (six) research output points in the last 5 (five) years in accredited journals. Must have supervised a postgraduate student to completion.
