Job Description:

The successful candidate will be required to make Patterns using a sketch of a garment from the Designer. The Pattern Designer is responsible for creating required pattern pieces on Lectra in order to ensure successful garment interpretation, proportion and fit.

Job Responsibilities:

• Grading
• Liaise with retail Technologist
• Liaise with Designer on requirements
• Attend Fit Sessions with Designer
• Create Pattern on computer using Lectra and available references
• Communicate with Sample Room on requirements
• Handle queries from factories
• Measure Garments

Job Requirements:

• For this position experience on the Lectra windows system would be advantageous.
• Has proven competency in Pattern Making (3-5 years)
• Is able to work under pressure to meet regular deadlines
• Has the ability to Grade (advantageous)
• Has a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Is reliable and hard working
• Has good planning and organising skills and be able to prioritise
• Enjoys working in a team.
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills
