Job Description:

As a Content Manager you’ll focus on developing and growing the content strategy and execution for womenswear, beauty & jewelry; overseeing a cross-functional team to produce content that delivers on commercial objectives while engaging with customers across various digital channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Seek out areas for continuous improvement by evaluating content’s impact through behavioural data and user testing. Think outside the box to reimagine what content can be and do for our customers.
  • Analyse weekly sales, content objectives and activity in the market to ensure the right timing for merchandise callouts as well as local relevance of content, and take actions based on results.
  • Act as custodian of the womenswear customer; proactively acting on insights by refining the commercial plan, product merchandising strategy, omni-channel opportunities and driving new initiatives to maximise the sales potential.
  • Collaborate with channel owners to develop and optimise channel cadences and manage content activity accordingly across social media, email, app, website, etc.
  • Write creative briefs, lead the content creation process and review proposed solutions aimed at delivering world-class, insight-led concepts.
  • Drive the development of new communication and engagement tactics by leveraging customer insight and best practice research.

Job Requirements:

  • 1+ year(s) managerial experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading content ideation and developing engaging campaigns for digital channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Fashion/lifestyle retail industry experience is advantageous
  • Self-starter who can work independently and motivate others
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • 1+ year(s) e-commerce experience
