Job Description:
Conduct assessment of our supplier factories to ensure compliance to Tesco’s ethical standards and ensuring any non-compliances are corrected in a timely manne.Conduct shadow audits regularly to understand the quality of our service providers (e.g. external audit company or external project organizations)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver supplier or factory improvement projects to upgrade our supply base
- Communicate regularly with other functions like technical and commercial to ensure they are updated on the standards and the ethical risks in their supply base and find solution in a collaborative manner
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions
- Assist managers to develop supply base analysis
- Support suppliers in completing ethical audits and closing out non-compliances (where required)
- Organize and deliver supplier workshops regularly to update suppliers and factories our ethical requirements and share best practices and provide guidance to them
- Implement the Responsible Sourcing Strategy and work plans, review progress regularly to achieve the expected results

Job Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Detail minded with strong analytical skill
- Able to travel frequently
Qualification & Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience and preferably in MNC
- Degree holder in Social Science, Environmental studies, Supply Chain or Quality Management is preferred
- High degree of work ethics and integrity is a must.
- Experience in social compliance and audit for factories producing diversified merchandises in China are preferred
- Knowledge in ISO9000 and SA8000
