Job Description:
As a member of an elite, high energy team, you will serve as an advocate for customers regarding their needs and experiences with State Farm. You will execute end-to-end research through ethnography and other qualitative methods to help understand customer expectations and inform customer-centric thinking at all levels of the organization.

- We are seeking an experienced qualitative researcher to join our customer insights team as we uncover deeper and more meaningful insights about our customers.

- You will execute end-to-end research through ethnography and other qualitative methods to help understand customer expectations and inform customer-centric thinking at all levels of the organization.
Job Requirements:
- Experience scoping, designing and conducting qualitative research
- Growth mindset, positive attitude, learning agility and desire to advance the customer insights discipline at State Farm
- Five or more years of research experience in a professional capacity
- Natural collaboration partner open to hybrid or remote work arrangement
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; including experiences articulating research insights and recommendations across varying levels of the organization
- Demonstrated proficiency in the areas of ethnography, qualitative research design, marketing research, and conceptual design
- Skills in design thinking, co-creation, immersion, and consulting preferred
