Job Description: The incumbent will be responsible for: •Providing company specific security training for Protection Services Personnel •Assessing and Moderating learners and / or training material •Developing new learning material and update when required Job Responsibilities: Develop new learning material and update when required Addressing development needs through the facilitation and sourcing of appropriate Training and Development interventions Guide and coach learners in the process of learning discovery Ensure that all Sibanye Stillwater Standards are adhered to at all times Consolidation of data and reporting on interventions Maintaining and updating Symplexity systems and Training records Visit Business Units on a regular basis Monitoring and controlling the costs related to Training and Development Provide company specific security training for Protection Services Personnel Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as well as the relevant SETA Assess and Moderate learners and / or training material Job Requirements: Be in possession of a valid code 08 (EB) drivers' license Be proficient in using Microsoft Office packages Be in possession of a recognised degree or Diploma in security management or law enforcement qualification or a relevant tertiary qualification with at least 3 years Supervisory experience in a training environment will be an advantage Have Grade 12 Have PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority) Grade A accreditation Demonstrate integrity and above-average interpersonal abilities Handle and use a shortgun for Business purposes Successfully undergo a security screening clearance Be an assertive self-starter, results orientated analytical individual with the ability to perform under pressure Have a Dog Handler (DH4) competency (will be an advantage) Registered SASSETA Assessor and Moderator (will be an advantage) Have excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written) Have the following Firearm Competencies: Firearm Instructor and Range Officer (will be an advantage) Handle and Use a Handgun for Business purposes Handle and use a Self-Loading Rifle or Carbine for Business purposes Job Details: Company: Sibanye-Stillwater Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Gauteng Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
