Job Description: This position will be to support Full Calendar Operation (Fulco). The Miner is responsible to achieve performance targets in sections, through planning, organising and control of the day to day operations. Job Responsibilities: Provide Safe and healthy working conditions Conduct section inspections to eliminate risks Improve performance and reduce costs Conform to legal and Sasol Mining requirements Coach and develop sub ordinates Identify and implement best practices Ensure team adheres to SOP’s and COP’s Build capabilities of in-section personnel Ensure that targets are met Execute administrative support work, efficiently and accurately Job Requirements: Valid driver’s license National Senior Certificate/ Full N3 (with Maths and English/Business English) Competent A 2-4 years’ experience of underground coal mining Valid Red Ticket (or ability to obtain one) Experience and knowledge of Safety, Health and Environment and relevant legislation Valid First Aid Certificate Gas Testing certificate (8 gasses) Valid Blasting Certificate (for Fiery Mines) Job Details: Company: Sasol Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Secunda Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
