Job Description: To supervise the safe and cost effective execution of all surveying work and conduct underground surveys. Job Responsibilities: Labour compliment in line with budget and EE targets Coach and counsel employees to ensure improved performance levels Ensure discipline is maintained (absenteeism, lateness, overtime, misconduct, etc.) Ensure an enabling climate and culture Maintain labour stability by minimising labour turnover Job Requirements: Compilation and checking of reconciliation reports Degree or Diploma: Mine Surveying Mine Surveyors Certificate of Competence (Advantageous).
