Job Description:
Oversees implementation of Division GM/HBC Merchandising programs. Responsible for sales, displaying, ordering, and inventory control within the department. Responsible for the overall presentation and profitability of the department, while providing excellence in superior customer service and minimizing out of stocks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise department staff to include scheduling, training and assigning duties
- Implement all merchandising programs
- Monitor to ensure schematic integrity, as well as 100% compliance on ad item display
- Perform all other related duties as assigned by management
- Must have strong leadership ability
Job Requirements:
- Ensure standards of department presentation and operations are met; including cleanliness, inventory control, rotation, ordering and superior customer service
- Responsible for ordering and inventory control
Qualification & Experience:
- Responsible for the sales and profitability of the department
- High school education
- Must possess strong Customer Service qualities
