Job Description:

Working with the Production Control team you will forecast seasonal variations in traffic and use this to optimise the shift manpower planning including annual leave allocation, recruitment etc. ensuring the operation runs at full efficiency.
Using your data analysis experience, you will monitor performance throughout the shift and identify shortfalls and develop contingencies to remedy them.As an inspirational leader, you will motivate your team to achieve the plant’s Safety, Customer, and Financial scorecard measures, all with a focus on continuous improvement. By holding regular development meetings with staff, you’ll identify areas for improvement and implement development plans where required.This role involves collaboration across various business units, to drive sales and ensure that we are operating in accordance with the current UK legislation. You will be motivating your teams to ensure that the customer experience reflects the high standards set within International Operations.As a strong leader, you will use your management skills to champion continuous improvement across the operation. By identifying improvement needs, and encouraging the development of both staff and processes, you will drive the effectiveness of the operation.
