Job Description: The role will supervise and control the construction work of employees, contractors, site agents/foremen undertaking such work under contract to the Mine. Job Responsibilities: Plan and schedule allocated work taking into account customer requirements. Initiate orders for materials required in order to execute work. Provide technical advise to contractors. Inspect contractor equipment ensuring compliance with mine and legal standards. Develop and submit ongoing action plans. Assists the Project team to forecast labour, costs, materials and equipment. Acts as a Company representative between Contractors. Responsible to draft scope of work. Job Requirements: Recognised Trade Test Certificate (Boilermaker or Fitter or Diesel Mechanic or Rigger or Electrician or Instrumentation Mechanician or Millwright). Grade 12 Computer Literacy and Microsoft Office Suite. N2 National Certificate Minimum 5 years’ experience in relevant trade (post qualification).
