Job Description: Clinical Trial Managers at IQVIA Biotech are responsible for the planning, implementation and execution of contracted clinical monitoring activities. They are functionally responsible for all clinical monitoring team members throughout the duration of each clinical trial. Job Responsibilities: Coordination and oversight of daily operations of the clinical monitoring team. Management of project milestones and proactively address deficiencies Management of CRA performance Working closely with the Project Manager to define programme targets for clinical monitoring staff and ensure work is documented within the contracted project scope. Development and implementation of Clinical Monitoring Plan.
