Job Description: To optimally deliver products as per defined schedule and allocated resources whilst always ensuring compliance with minimum legal safety, quality and operational standards. Job Responsibilities: Conduct the required management over inspection and compliance verification to achieve the above. Ensure that at all time during production meet all minimum legal safety, quality and operational requirements including minimum training standards Quality products produced to product specification Optimize the plant performance by recruiting qualified, well trained and experienced resources. Enabled and compliant plant delivery As and when required, taking direct control of the production processes in order to achieve required daily targets. Plan, organize and enable the production/plant team to ensure that all required skills and tools/other resources are available as and when required Ensure that there is compliance to the provided quality procedures in order to ensure that all product released for sale complies with the minimum quality specifications by ensuring adherence and compliance to the stipulated process control parameters. Deliver production targets as per the schedule. o Ensure that the resources provided (Plant, process, people and material) is optimally utilized to meet the minimum schedule To monitor daily output, quality and safety objectives as well as to direct corrective action or if needed take control in production processes to correct product output/quality adherence as and when required. Ensure that the resources allocated (people, process and material) are fully utilized as expected to meet their daily/weekly targets. Job Requirements: Candidate with Process Engineering expirence will be prefered. 3 years demonstrated capability to manage people, manufacturing processes and equipment. 3 years demonstrated managerial experience in a manufacturing environment Experience in Explosives manufacturing will be an added advantage.
