Job Responsibilities:

• Product marketing and training;
• Ensure consistent implementation of strategies across all products and initiatives;
• Complete competitor analysis of product strategies and modes of going to market;
• Provides intermediary product presentations to increase general sales within the Retail Affluent sales channel.
• Package and deliver regular research and market feedback on the performance and perception of products in the market;
• Be knowledgeable and strong in recurring risk and saving product;
• Develops and implements products strategies;
• Provide product knowledge and advise to field force in the Retail Affluent sales channel;
• Drive advertising and promotional strategies by developing direct advertising and article writing strategy for product management;
• Work with key stakeholders to ensure effective coordinated delivery;
• Provide face to face adviser and broker engagement presentations;

Job Requirements:

• Attention to detail;
• Ability to listen and integrate information;
• Willing to travel to outlying areas in Namibia;
• A Valid Driver’s Licence;
• Computer literacy and;
• Commercial / Marketing degree will be advantageous;
• Namibian Citizenship;
• The successful candidate will be required to travel;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Ability to work in a team environment and be a team player;
• Multilingual is advantageous;
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent client care orientation and communication skills;
• A minimum qualification of grade 12;
