Job Description: The Benefits Business Partner Analyst employs the engagement strategy to maximize value of Nissan LiveWell benefits to locale. Partner with Center of Excellence (COE) in program development and management. Provide onsite benefits education, training and benefits assistance to employees, local HR and management. Job Responsibilities: Attends and contributes to shift start, employee roundtable, Human Resources, and leadership meetings as appropriate. Proactively identifies emerging trends or areas of concern amongst assigned population and makes recommendations to address these areas of opportunity. Promotes an employee-led model for engagement with Nissan benefits and any associated issue resolution and supports this engagement by training employees how to navigate to the available tools and resources. Ensures local HR have necessary employee’s onboarding and off boarding benefits information. Facilitates training sessions to educate local HR, leadership, and employees on Nissan benefits. Conducts focus groups with employees to develop rapport and gain valuable insight on Nissan LiveWell Benefits. Educate employees on the value of their Total Rewards and how to get the most out of their Nissan benefits as it relates to their personal or family situation. Drafts communication and training material on specific/ seasonal benefits topics (i.e. 401(k), Company Annual Retirement, ACA, health accounts, incentive funding, quarterly LiveWell, etc.) Conducts ongoing Benefits training to employees, local HR and management to address or help alleviate local knowledge gaps and concerns. Provides timely and accurate answers to complex benefits questions or directs the employee accordingly Deploys messaging and communications to employees and the business in an accurate, consistent, and timely manner.
