Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Assistant to join our Casting Team in London. This individual will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, and able to pivot when necessary. This role will juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving role that requires someone who is proactive and solution-oriented. Job Responsibilities: Work collaboratively with administrative assistants across Casting, Content, Production, Post Production, Marketing and other internal partners Manage complex calendar for our EMEA Casting executive including scheduling and confirming meetings both internally and externally Do independent research and maintain databases Support team with ad hoc projects Read incoming projects in tandem with executives on the team and provide feedback, coverage notes, help generate talent lists Coordinate detailed travel arrangements Coordinate logistics & technical set-up for casting partner meetings Help track and enter various talent and production-related data Heavy communication internally with cross-functional teams and externally with production partners, talent, writers, etc. Handle administrative duties around processing travel and expense reports Job Requirements: Passion for storytelling and talent is a must Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly Strong written and verbal communication skills, diplomacy and the ability to multi-task BA/BS Degree Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters Appreciation of the importance of diversity and inclusion and understanding of the meaning of representation across different countries Team-player who operates effectively in a fast-paced collaborative setting 3-5 years work experience within the entertainment industry with a general understanding of the film, television and talent landscapes preferred Familiarity with Google Suite is a plus Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information Job Details: Company: Netflix Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: London, England, United Kingdom Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
