Job Description:
Leads junior program analyst in the development of fiscal budget plans, workforce planning and analysis, cost performance trending analysis, and contracts financial execution monitoring.
Job Responsibilities:
- Performs evaluation of program and project plans to ensure cost, schedule and technical integration, as well as risk balancing and ensuring resource allocations align with programmatic priorities.
- Leads the Programming Planning and Budget Execution input development, ensuring coordination amongst stakeholders and recommending resource allocations based on priorities and needs.
- Leads the development of inputs to programmatic products addressing external reporting or data requests.
- Serves as senior organizational expert on budgeting, financial management, as well as cost and schedule integration.
Job Requirements:
- If selected, you will be required to complete a financial disclosure statement
- If the individual selected is currently at the GS-14 grade level, they will be detailed at their current grade and step. If the individual is a current GS-13 they will be temporarily promoted to the GS-14 level.
- This is a bargaining unit position – American Federation of Government Employees – Local 513.
- You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade, which has equipped you with the particular competencies needed to successfully perform the duties of the position described above.
