Job Description:

The Consultant, Global Recognition reports to the General Manager, Global Rewards. The position will interface with the Opco HR community, Global Rewards Senior Management, Business Talent Partners, Regional Talent Partners, Global Employee Experience, Global Organization, Strategy & Performance and Global Leadership & Learning Innovation

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain repository of recognition programs, execution details, process documentation, validation evidences and winner information
  • Publish and share information on leading practices, thought leadership and subject matter expertise across Opcos to facilitate knowledge sharing
  • Provide guidance to support implementation (to support local market practices) of recognition initiatives, programs and associated technical capabilities in Opcos, through regional talent partners
  • Prepare material and periodic updates to advise management on effective recognition programs and policies, aligned to market best practices
  • Provide data for statutory and any HR related reporting including Executive committee submissions
  • Ensure documentation standards, traceability and audit ability of recognition related documentation and working papers as per policy
  • Monitor, measure and report on the effectiveness (including business impact) of global recognition programs and suggest appropriate improvement opportunities
  • Coordinate and liaise with external consultants on global recognition benchmarks and best practices
  • Coordinate and manage global recognition related surveys where applicable
  • Perform business requirement analysis for master data requirements / business intelligence reporting
  • Actively cascade the Global Programs through appropriate communication, socialisation and training on programs, to enable consistent implementation

Job Requirements:

  • Worked across diverse cultures and geographies
  • Experience in Telecom Business will be advantageous
  • Project management experience
  • Experience working in a medium to large organization
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in working in the HR domain in telecommunication environment with specific focus on rewards/ recognition
  • Experience in ERP (Oracle preferred)
  • Minimum of 3 year tertiary degree / diploma (Human Resources / Business Studies / Finance/ Equivalent)
  • Relevant certification / accreditation / membership with professional bodies in areas pertaining to recognition management(advantageous)
