Job Description: Engagement & Internal Communication is a key function in MTN Group HR, accountable for the Global Internal Communications in the organization and responsible for successful delivery of Employee Engagement Initiatives in Manco South Africa. As a team member in the function, the Specialist is responsible for creating high quality designs to drive the Global MTN internal communication, employee marketing and branding framework. The Specialist: Internal Comms Content Designer reports to the Senior Manager: Engagement and Internal Comm. Job Responsibilities: Assist in designing global internal communication and branding collateral such as digitally enabled Global toolkits/high-impact design approaches/editorial styles/image libraries/approved multi-format content channels/social-media management/ multi-media digital campaign management kits / leadership communicator toolkits and so on Create segmented and personalized concepts and designs for targeted/preferred channels, content toolkits and specific multi-modal mediums (digital/visual aids/posters/screens/apps etc.) Create concepts and designs for MTN’s global publications, announcements, newsletters etc. across various digital/electronic channels. Generate supporting collateral for internal communications projects across Manco and Opcos. Develop and assist in creating high impact communication collateral for corporate programs, project implementations and change management initiatives Ensure alignment and consistency in communication and messaging with the guidelines by the External Communication team Support in the design and optimization of global internal communication platforms, technologies and tools to communicate to multiple audience through variety of channels (including but not limited to print, web, face-to-face, video and interactive social tools) Monitor and ensure all internal communication is culturally sensitive, creative, reflecting the highest quality, is compelling and aligns with the values of MTN Analyse effectiveness of various MTN communication initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Utilise emerging design software to enhance the adoption and overall impact of internal communications Job Requirements: Relevant certification / accreditation / membership with professional body in areas relating to Organization Communication, Internal Branding and employee engagement would be an added advantage Video, picture editing and design experience. Must have experience working with creative software and have a keen eye for creative digital design Minimum of 2 years’ experience in graphic design and/or employee engagement marketing and branding Basic understanding of deliverables across multi-platforms and aspect ratios Personal attributes and skills Minimum of 3-year tertiary diploma or a professional qualification (specialization in Graphic and/or Communications Design) Experience in planning and producing content using video, photo and graphic design Job Details: Company: MTN Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johannesburg Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
