Job Description:
Receive and collect all expense data and information for qualifying chargebacks and ensure all necessary information is entered into the system by service coordinators, obtain additional information required for accurate and successful processing. Review Account Code entries for alignment with root cause and adjust as necessary. Manage, process and recover funds due for a national installed sales program, ensure timely completion of the assigned recovery tasks that are in accordance with outlined policies and procedures. Review and process Work Order exception invoices and ensure any potential recoverable funds are documented on the Expense Log by the service coordinator. Provide information for potential coaching opportunities to IST Leadership if a process or practice was not followed when the expense was presented to the Expense Recovery Team. Provide recommendations to IST Leadership to improve effectiveness of Expense Recovery processes. Develop expense reporting across multiple labor categories at a national, regional, market, and store level through use of excel, power points, and Access. Support training and development of new and existing associates within and outside the Expense Recovery Team on practices and processes. Liaison with business partners including Merchandising and Category Consultants to provide feedback and reporting on execution and trends of Lowe’s vendors and Service Providers. Analyze Account Code expense reports for trends and tracking against forecast. Monitor established internal controls to ensure accurate claims processing practices.
