Job Description:

The primary purpose of this role is to assist with the delivery of an online business segment with guidance as needed. This role may also manage and own work streams with support from more senior level managers. This includes responsibility for supporting work streams end-to-end through the planning, development, execution, administration activities, and implementation stages to ensure excellence. Overall, this role contributes to online business segments that play an important role in moving the online business forward by driving ongoing improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzes multiple sources of data (e.g. sales, customer feedback) to identify areas of optimization, create hypotheses, and define business value to ultimtaely drive action for improvement.
• Particiaptes in interviewing peer candidates for the team to assess technical skills, operating style, and candidates continue to raise the bar of the team. Participates in formal and informal training to continuously develop technical skills.
• Identifies tools and support needed to complete individual work assignments on time and with high quality.
• Assigned business segment may be within one of the following areas: Stores, Supply Chain, Pro & Services, Customer Engagement, Product & Pricing
• Applies subject matter expertise of an online business segment and works with functional business teams (e.g. Stores, Merchandising) to ensure the business needs are clearly defined and prioritized.
• Maintains relationships with diverse project stakeholders on business and tech/agile teams by communicating goals, inputs needed, outputs expected, and questions/feedback to ensure that all parties are informeed and working to achieve business outcomes.
• Provides inputs to communication mediums that related to initiatives, capabilities, features, and improvements to ensure business teams are apropriately informed. Teach peers and working teams about components and importance of oline business segment.

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
• Experience in Chat, Order Fulfillment, BOPUIS, B2B, Install Services, or Online Payment desired
• Corporate experience, retail a plus!
