Job Description: Lionsgate is currently seeking a full-time Senior Coordinator in our Global Content Delivery services department. This individual will report to the Executive Director, Global Content Delivery and work both independently and collaboratively with teams across Lionsgate to ensure successful presentations. Job Responsibilities: Data entry to multiple tracking and archive systems Communicate with clients on the status of delivery, troubleshoot rejections and approvals Create purchase orders and process invoices Coordinate delivery of Film and TV titles to TVOD, SVOD and AVOD digital platforms Collaborate with team members on identifying and resolving client concerns Work with clients to secure technical specifications, provide cost estimates and confirm delivery workflows Research asset availability and work with Localization team for creation of materials (dubs and subtitles) as needed Participate in meetings with internal sales team on order forecasting and scheduling due dates to ensure deadlines are met Job Requirements: Ability to multitask and track status of high volume of materials and licensees Detailed, organized and process-based with ability to improve material-related issues Strong oral and written communication skills required to optimally communicate with internal and external personnel 2 to 3 years of proven experience in client services within a studio or post production vendor Foreign and Domestic Mastering related experience Familiarity with SAP a plus but not required Self-starter who takes initiative and is resourceful; takes ownership of tasks and projects Strong grasp of MS Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) Maintain composure while working through complex job related tasks and challenging timelines Working knowledge of digital mastering and digital media workflows, processes, standards, materials and techniques Job Details: Company: Lionsgate Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: West Hollywood, CA, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
