Lionsgate Internship – IT CyberSecurity

Job Description:

Cybersecurity Operations at Starz oversees the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data at Starz. Our team handles incident response, identity and access management, security policy and standards, as well as engineering (management) of systems that are used by the security team. The Cybersecurity Operations team is seeking an identity and access management (IAM) intern. The intern will work directly with the Cybersecurity Operations team and the principal architect to modernize identity and access management structures in preparation for a Zero Trust based access environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Train IT Support team in process updates for group creation and assignment.
• Review existing Role, Resource, and Distribution groups in Starz Active Directory and identify incorrect configurations based on IAM roadmap.
• Document process updates for group creation and assignment.
• Create new groups and assign users as necessary to match the IAM roadmap.
• Work with Security and Systems teams to ensure new groups have appropriate access to designated resources.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory or other LDAP enterprise tools is highly preferred.
• 1-3 years of college curriculum around cybersecurity concepts and tools.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Operational knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating system, MacOS, and/or Linux/Unix based operating systems.
• Familiarity with network connectivity and client-server processes.
