Job Requirements:

  • A pleasant and friendly personality.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Abilities to manage paper and electronic files, databases, and a variety of other projects.
  • Must be able to adapt to different work and communication styles.
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility and might need to put in extra hours, depending on job demands.
  • Experience in executive security position of at least 3 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to work overtime, as needed.
  • rovide administrative support to partners and practice management teams.
  • Prepare client billings, time and expense reporting, coordinate travel, and arrange meetings.
  • Compose and edit letters, memos, invoices, meeting minutes, and other documents.
  • Perform research using internal and external resources.
  • Provide backup support, as needed.
