Job Description: BUSINESS IMPACT STATEMENT Creative Services Producer supports integrated omni marketing initiatives through photography, video and special event concept and execution by building long-term relationships with internal & external creative and production partners to deliver on-strategy, consistent, cost-effective and innovative creative solutions throughout the entire marketing process. Job Responsibilities: Research, secure & build relationships with the best creative and production talent to bring the Kohl’s brand to life Ensure creative concept and execution partners deliver assets on time and on budget Ensure vendors meet legal compliance requirements Continually innovate and drive efficiency within planning and execution Lead production planning, logistics and execution Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure optimal planning and execution throughout the entire integrated omni marketing process Manage project invoicing to ensure timely and accurate processing Maintain knowledge of retail trends & resources Maintain working knowledge of photography and video best practices and industry standards with relevant knowledge of all major production markets Ensure creative concept and execution partners deliver content to brand standards Maintain project budgets and communicate updates Maintain and continue to build knowledge of assigned businesses/accounts to continually innovate and streamline planning and execution Negotiate optimal rates and usage for all creative and production resources Facilitate brand creative negotiations and approvals Job Requirements: Able to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adhere to position guidelines Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Proficient in Microsoft office suite Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work with a diverse group of people Strong communication, interpersonal & negotiation skills Ability to travel Job Details: Company: Kohl's Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Milwaukee, WI, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
