Job Description:

Our Cargo Service Office Agents run the “central nervous system” of our operation through efficient and accurate data management. A successful Cargo Service Office Agent is detail oriented, motivated working in a fast-paced environment, is confident in their customer service skills and wants to represent a first-class brand in the industry!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Prepare and provide documents to customers in accordance with the terms of shipment SOPs.
  • Work with multiple air lines and basic understanding of each ones SOP.
  • Responsible for manifesting/document handling/and processing shipments in accordance with SOP.
  • Responsible for the allocation of stock to bookings and process shipments in accordance with SOP.
  • Complete customs procedures and work with appointed routed agents and company operated services.

Job Requirements:

  • Detail-oriented, strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • Must be able to obtain appropriate airport badge and CBP clearance
  • Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with standard computer programs such as Outlook, Word, etc.
  • Preference to experience in the Air Cargo industry but not required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or twelve (12) months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work flexible working hours (including weekends & holidays)
  • Ability to liaison between carrier and warehouse
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment
