Job Description: Receptionist position We are a construction company based in Johannesburg requiring to hire a qualified and presentable Receptionist who can also assist with HR duties Job Responsibilities: Receptionist duties general admin duties which include filing of important documents and keeping them organized be a point of contact for HR related issues preparing HR documents Assist payroll department with information performing general reception duties such as answering the fone, taking messages maintaining personal records and updating interval data base (e.g leave days) Develop and implement HR systems and software Performing other tasks as and when assigned by superiors Job Requirements: Entry level certificate in Reception/ Administration qualification HR administration qualification and experience will be an added advantage Proven work experience and training in office and HR Administration.
