Job Description:

As this is a key position, the ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of contact center environment, bulk recruitment, marketing knowledge, data analytics and tech savvy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • People management – have the experience in managing a team, ability to work with different levels and motivate, have a coaching approach, understanding of company performance management processes and the ability to develop the team and maintain high level s of motivation
  • Capacity management – resource planning, contact center environment, advertising and data analytics. Planning and organizing work schedules.
  • Facilitation/presentation.
  • Recruitment Tools and technology – understanding of current industry and market conditions, sound understanding of assessment principles, understanding legislation and keeping updated with new legislation. Proper understanding of FAIS requirements, Record keeping and understanding FSB requirements. Systems thinking methodology.
  • Reporting – Excel, build relationships with people easily and presentation ability
  • Candidate experience – Understand the operational environment, Understand the coaching techniques. Understand different personality types.

Job Requirements:

  • MUST have contact center experience
  • Ability to manage a high-pressured environment
  • Must have some marketing knowledge
  • Bulk recruitment experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be data analytical
  • Must have relevant qualifications
  • MUST have at least 2 – 5 years experience in similar role
