Job Description:

We are looking for an extremely confident, professional and energetic Administrator to join our winning team, working with various countries around the globe. You would be working in a fast-paced environment and will need to have a passion for delivering an excellent service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the filing of all documentation, as well as the maintenance of the filing system.
  • Supporting the wider HR team with other HR projects, as required.
  • Provides support in connection with the preparation, collation and distribution of documents.
  • First point of contact for all human resources related queries.
  • Administers absence management procedures including annual leave entitlements, sick leave, etc.
  • Handle administrative queries on behalf of the department for local employees and stakeholders.
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators.
  • Ongoing maintenance of the HR databases.
  • Manage administrative HR tasks including contracts, reference checks, Service Agreements and employee reference letters, etc.
  • Organises People Services events with regards to room booking, sending invites etc.
  • Completion of new starter and leaver administration, including paperwork and system changes.
  • Ad hoc duties as they may arise.

Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable supporting a demanding and dynamic team including senior stakeholders.
  • Experience managing and prioritising high volumes of emails, while working to tight deadlines
  • Strong HR Admin background
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
