Job Responsibilities:

  • Managing employee information and filing for the HR Department.
  • Providing HR support and general administration to the HR team and Branches.
  • Compiling and distributing salary capture forms and recruitment documents. Administering the reporting and capturing of leave.
  • Administering the bursary application process. Administering the time and attendance system (Ecotime/Bestime).
  • Assisting with IR related issues in order to facilitate IR process compliance. Processing HR documents, including new recruitments and terminations records.

Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (Matric).
  • Computer literate – Basic understanding Word, E-Mail, Excel.
  • General understanding of administration processes and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written on all levels – both internally and externally. Good time management – ability to meet specific deadlines.
  • Must have attention to detail and be results driven.
