Job Description: Responsible for leading all HR Admin operations including coordination with the essential teams involved in ensuring legal compliance and best in class experience for employees. Job Responsibilities: Implement, maintain, and reviews HR Admin processes, procedures, document templates to ensure legal compliance Coordinate all HR admin team activities Support all internal and external audits Ensure the creation of procedures in the form of RACI or SOPs (to ensure process continuity) Ensure all activities are performed an accurate, compliant and timely manner Maintain active communication and positive relationships with the key partners’ Hiring, C&B, HR, Payroll, Legal Provide support and guidance to the HR Admin team Manage the relationship with HR admin providers Drive improvement projects in HR admin area Job Requirements: Experience in developing HR Practices & Policies Experience in team coordination Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and as part of a team Able to effectively run multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Pro-active attitude, initiative driven Integrity Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience in multinational and/or shared service environment is an advantage Job Details: Company: Genpact Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Johannesburg Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
