Job Description:
Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is looking for a qualified individual to fill a full-time Benefits Representative position in our corporate Benefits Department. The position incorporates an overall knowledge of the Benefits department from top to bottom and will report to the Benefits Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process Health, Life, LTD, and Flexible Spending benefits
- Process and pay Life Insurance and LTD bills
- Process and respond to Qualified Medical Child Support Orders
- Assist with 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation (NQDC) Plan enrollments
- Coordinate deposits for the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA account
- Process Change in Status and Special Enrollment Events for benefits
- Conduct Monthly and Quarterly audits for the Health Plan
- Problem solving with employees and Third Party Administrators
- Understand and Interpret Plan Documents
- Distribute New Hire Packets
- Assist with Online Enrollment System design and audits
- Generate and process weekly Flexible Spending Reports and Flexible Spending Audit
- Assist and respond to Life Insurance and LTD claim inquiries
