Job Description: The Photographer captures and organizes high-end commercial images for project sheets, social media, product, packaging, branding, corporate collateral and various marketing platforms. Job Responsibilities: Captures high-quality images with strong artistic sensibilities to satisfy a diverse array of projects Collaborates closely with Stylists and Coordinators to meet client’s needs Prepares proofs for approval Produces a high volume of digital images while maintaining exceptional quality Completes edits, clones, retouches and additional editing adjustments on digital images as needed Works closely with Supervisor to ensure required photographic aesthetics are delivered Ensures images are labeled, organized, stored, and archived appropriately upon editing completion Maintains consistent and organized digital workflow Prepares for in-studio and on-location shoots by determining lighting and other requirements Works with and directs models while on set Follows all procedures for photography equipment Corrects color of digital photographs from photo shoots and digital art files in order to closely match real-life tones of product or original artwork according to art direction and/or the Hobby Lobby aesthetic Identifies and informs Supervisor of photography equipment maintenance needs Prepares print and digital files based on specific job requirements Maintains a clean and orderly work station and set spaces Follows all Warehouse procedures Follows all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
