Job Description: The Office & Facilities Puller / Housekeeper pulls and returns merchandise and supplies for the Office and Facilities and Special Projects teams. The Office & Facilities Puller/Housekeeper also provides exceptional service to the Art/Creative Department by performing all cleaning and upkeep tasks. Job Responsibilities: Cleans interior windows Assists in upkeep of department vehicles to ensure proper working order Dusts offices, cubicles, entryways and stairwells Alerts Team Leader of inventory concerns and needs Checks and distributes mail to appropriate persons daily as needed Keeps physical inventory and storage areas well organized and clean Follows all warehouse procedures Maintains floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and/or scrubbing Maintains a clean and orderly work station Cleans entire facility including office and warehouse areas Performs work-related errands as assigned Pulls and returns merchandise and craft supplies Performs regular maintenance, cleaning and organization within the warehouse Follows all Art/Creative safety policies and procedures including the proper use of PPE (personal protective equipment).
