Hobby lobby application – Retail Audit Clerk

Job Description:

Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc., a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is looking for a qualified and motivated individual to fill an opening in our Internal Audit Department. This position will review retail POS transactions to ensure they are in compliance with accepted procedures, perform basic data entry and assist customers with gift card issues. This person must have good communication skills and work well in a team environment. This is a full-time clerical position at the Hobby Lobby Corporate Offices located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. No travel is required. No relocation assistance is offered with this opening.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review store level POS transactions from retail locations to determine policy compliance and screen for possible fraud
• Answer gift card hotline and provide assistance to retail customers
• Prepare written reports of findings
• Enter results into Access database
