Job Description:

The Performance Management Specialist develops and promotes the performance management initiatives, such as goal setting, implementing performance management framework, developing performance improvement plans, etc. The incumbent analyzes the performance data, develops metrics and identifies trends enabling the management to evaluate potential performance risks and implement corrective actions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies and procedures, tools and templates related to employee performance management process ensuring they are linked to the overall organization strategy and mission.
  • Advice, guide and conduct workshops for the supervisors on goal setting, writing performance reviews and having meaningful conversations with their employees
  • Provide advice and guidance on the performance management framework, principles and technical concepts to the departments.
  • Develop performance rating reports, evaluating performance trends across the organization enabling skill gap analysis and performance improvements initiatives.
  • Assist in designing, implementation and continuous improvement of Performance Appraisal System to maintain alignment with the organization mission and strategies
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of performance management process, programs, initiatives and activities across divisions.
  • Review appeal applications, recording the data accurately, and ensuring they are sent to the appeals committee and any decision made is accurately reflected in the system

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or Masters in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Bilingual Candidates ( Fluent in Arabic and English) with Excellent Excel Skills and Performance Management process.
