Job Description: Assist in the development and implementation of Employee Wellbeing, wellness and Engagement overall strategy, business plans and budget. Job Responsibilities: Design employee wellbeing and engagement surveys, develop communication plan to promote staff feedback, conduct analysis of the survey Provide required assistance while developing and implementing recognition programs to recognize wellbeing, wellness and engagement goals accomplishments Develop reports, metrics and insights based on the survey feedback and provide guidance to facilities and departments while developing action plans around areas for improvement Maintain the program risk log and follow up the implementation of the mitigation actions Understands process improvement approaches so that we can continually improve the employee wellbeing, wellness and engagement process Provide guidance, support and training to line managers and employees during the implementation of Employee Wellbeing, wellness and Engagement programs Assist in developing communication plans to enhance employee wellbeing, wellness and engagement Contribute to developing programs and initiatives that aim at enhancing Employee Wellbeing, wellness and Engagement Job Details: Company: HMC Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Doha, Qatar Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
