Job Description: As an Associate Digital Content Designer, you’re someone with a deep passion for words and user experience design. You advocate for your users and shape experiences by crafting copy that helps them achieve their goals. You collaborate with other teammates to execute seamless user experiences with a unified voice across platforms. Job Responsibilities: Write clear, concise product copy across a variety of user experiences Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to define requirements and manage projects Use data and user metrics to make recommendations and content improvements Partner with marketing to execute a consistent voice across our digital experiences Help build and apply content guidelines and processes Understand your users and be able to explain how your content solutions meet their needs Translate complex concepts into jargon-free, effective copy Champion the value of content design among other teams Ensure all product copy meets legal and localization standards Job Requirements: Enthusiasm for H-E-B values and the H-E-B Digital mission Ability to quickly and smoothly transition from concepts and ideation to detailed execution Ability to find simple solutions for complex problems Embrace and thrive in fast-paced, lean startup cultures A deep understanding of how different connected devices impact user experience and how user experiences lace together across different platforms Exceptional strength in consumer software products, with emphasis on mobile-first (native and web apps) High comfort level with “lean startup” or Agile development methodologies Qualification & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 1+ years of experience working with content on digital products Mastery of of the English language (bonus points for the ability to write and speak Spanish) A portfolio of design-focused writing samples that demonstrate the impact of content design in a digital space Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Austin, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
