Job Responsibilities:

  • Leads internal project teams; manages / documents all aspects of one or more strategic projects related to work design, MORE support work, merchant initiatives, change management
  • Assists with, supports, and facilitates organizational change
  • Applies advanced PM skills and organizational knowledge to manage activities and communications for multiple programs / initiatives
  • Delivers or facilitates management workshops
  • Facilitates management workshops; facilitates / evaluates pilots as appropriate
  • Diagnoses organizational issues; identifies trends
  • Maintains business leaders / stakeholder partnerships to insure overall stakeholder satisfaction
  • Assumes overall responsibility for coordinating / leading execution of project work
  • Gathers, develops, interprets data; recommends appropriate actions for the business partner
  • Creates / implements communication plans related to project work and change management
