Job Description: As a Manufacturing Production Partner III, you'll serve as part of the operational team that provides expertise necessary to achieve superior business results through H-E-B's self-manufactured products. Job Responsibilities: Verifies product is in good condition for shipment Ensures all pallets are strapped / stretch-wrapped to minimize product shifting or damage Performs product handling to convert raw material into finished goods at an intermediate level in job functions such as cutting, trimming, slicing, dicing, seasoning, mixing, decorating, designing, icing, digital processing Maintains Total Process Ownership (TPO) to ensure optimum condition of manufacturing processes and equipment; TPO focuses on achieving high levels of overall process effectiveness Fabricates / fills product containers, as necessary Ensures product quality control in accordance with product specifications Selects orders / palletizes for shipment Loads trailers with finished goods Requests / releases trailers Assists with preparing / loading production materials Checks for accuracy of product Operates a forklift Verifies / analyzes / implements changes to QMS documentation Applies understanding of team in development fundamentals; actively participates in a team environment through division / plant team orientation, and safety and quality training Documents outgoing product Job Requirements: Ability to communicate effectively Reading and writing skills Bi-lingual language skills a plus Ability to work in a team-based environment Strong organization skills; attention to detail Technical knowledge of automated cleaning skills PC skills Math skills (+,-,*,/) Ability to operate machines or equipment at an advanced level Strong communication skills A high school diploma Certification in Team Skills Technical knowledge related to manufacturing operations Qualification & Experience: High school diploma Knowledge / understanding of QES standards Advanced technical knowledge of chemical cleaning agents Technical Certified in Team Skills Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Houston, TX, US Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
