Job Description: Processes Customer transactions of goods and services, while providing excellent Customer Service. Job Responsibilities: Additional duties may be assigned when necessary and within job scope, to include returns, parking lot, cleaning registers, and front-end merchandising Scans Customer items, and handles financial transactions. Provides excellent service and Customer interaction. Answers product-related questions for Customers. Instructs Customers in the use of the iCash machine for cash tender. Listens and shows sensitivity to Customer concerns and handle issues in a professional and effective manner. Bags groceries. Participate with a total store mindset. Ensures company food safety and sanitation expectations. Job Requirements: Ability to prioritize requested assignments, when necessary and within job code Lift moderate to heavy loads, bend, push and pull, kneel, squat and stand and walk for long periods of time Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
