Job Description:
Processes Customer transactions of goods and services, while providing excellent Customer Service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Additional duties may be assigned when necessary and within job scope, to include returns, parking lot, cleaning registers, and front-end merchandising
- Scans Customer items, and handles financial transactions.
- Provides excellent service and Customer interaction.
- Answers product-related questions for Customers.
- Instructs Customers in the use of the iCash machine for cash tender.
- Listens and shows sensitivity to Customer concerns and handle issues in a professional and effective manner.
- Bags groceries.
- Participate with a total store mindset.
- Ensures company food safety and sanitation expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to prioritize requested assignments, when necessary and within job code
- Lift moderate to heavy loads, bend, push and pull, kneel, squat and stand and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule.
