Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and grows Magenta Health line of business; develops relationships with employers to promote H-E-B Magenta Health and gain client referrals
  • Identifies potential referral sources; solicits those sources using a consultative sales approach to build rapport and engage key decision-makers
  • Consistently and accurately tracks administrative duties, services, and revenues completed by week
  • Provides input to develop H-E-B-wide health initiatives / programs for Partners and the community by sharing Regional perspectives on current health trends
  • Maintains records of office visits and communication with employer offices
  • Provides daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics on leads / referrals
  • Collaborates with Magenta Health leadership to grow employer referrals by Region and to support referrals and patient-centered care management
  • Works directly with leadership and other departments to execute referral programs and create opportunities
  • Prioritizes outreach efforts that align with market strategies
  • Drives / measures sales of Magenta Health services
  • Develops talking points / other resources used in presentations to potential clients

Job Requirements:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of regional / national trends in employer health clinics and insurance
  • Bilingual skills (English – Spanish) (preferred)
  • Computer skills, including MS Office
  • Ability to develop sales presentations
  • Advanced written / verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to build long-standing relationships with provider offices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and shift focus between projects / tasks; attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team environment

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare sales
  • Experience in a healthcare environment
  • Experience developing sales presentations
