Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing a well-stocked and well-maintained department while providing superior customer service. You'll stock and properly rotate products on a daily basis, while maintaining all department and safety / sanitation standards. Job Responsibilities: Properly handles and maintains the operation of all equipment Assists with inventory control; loads, unloads, and moves product Stocks and rotates items as needed Ensures integrity of shelf tags and signage in department; may create / prepare signage, as needed Provides superior customer service Organizes merchandise on pallets to make the department presentable to the public Maintains standards in shrink, safety, inventory control, and sanitation Cleans and sanitizes sales floor, display cases, prep areas, and equipment Checks shipments for out-of-date and damaged product to ensure freshness and quality of products Organizes, cleans, and prepares back area for the night crew and incoming trucks Answers customer questions regarding products and assists them with selections; helps customers locate store merchandise Job Requirements: Planning and organizing skills Communication and interpersonal skills Communication and interpersonal skills Reading and writing skills Minimum age 18 (mandatory) Completion of Company Orientation and Safety Training (upon hire) A high school diploma Strong customer service skills High school diploma (or equivalent) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Details: Company: H-E-B Vacancy Type: Full Time Job Location: Part Time Application Deadline: N/A Apply Here instantcareers.net
