Job Responsibilities:

• Presenting Customer Management, Flight Management, Dangerous Goods courses and relevant workshops.
• Development and the up keep of all training manuals and handouts related to: Amadeus Customer
• Management (CM). Amadeus Customer Management On-the-job, Amadeus Flight Management (FM), Verification of Travel Documents, Dangerous Goods Category 8-11.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years industry (airline) related experience.
• Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
• Amadeus Flight Management qualification.
• Amadeus Customer Management qualification.
• Experience within the ground operations environment shall be required.
