Job Description:

As a Software Engineer II in Marketplace and Yield you are involved in all aspects of software development, including participating in technical designs, implementation, functional analysis, and release for mid-to-large sized projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• You will help coordinate partner input with efforts developing solutions
• You will seek knowledge from subject matter experts when needed
• You will develop and test standard software applications and related programs and procedures to ensure they meet design requirements
• You will proactively take initiative to meet peers across environment and collaborate to solve problems
• You will execute tasks and/or provide data to support implementation of holistic solutions that forge linkages between structure, people, processes, and technology
• You understand the importance of system and technology integration and the basic features and facilities involved in the integration process
• You will apply software design principles, data structures and/or design patterns and computer science fundamentals to write code that is clean, maintainable, optimized, and modular with good naming conventions
• You will think broadly and understand how, why, and when policies/processes are standardized and when they differ across the organization

Qualification & Experience:

• Understanding of how projects fit together within your team and how the teams’ goals fit a business need
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
• Familiarity with associated technologies within your specialization as part of the wider ecosystem
• Ability to debug applications and understanding of testing and monitoring tools
• Effective interpersonal and intrapersonal skills with the ability to present sophisticated technical information clearly and concisely
