Job Description: Research and identify new Managed Services/ Shard Service Outsourcing business opportunities for IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Call Centers - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets. Job Responsibilities: Develop the business sales and marketing strategy. Create a sales pipeline for Outsourcing (ITO/BPO) and Managed Call Center. Seek ways of improving the way the business operates. Understand the needs of the customers and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to meet these needs. Carry out sales forecasts and analysis. Manage and develop the relationship with the customers. Negotiate and conclude the contracts with the customers. Increase sales of the business. Have a good understanding of the Shared Services Outsourcing (ITO/BPO) and Managed Call Center businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them. Job Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. MBA or bachelor’s degree in business or any other related fields. Excellent knowledge about Shared Services Outsourcing, IT Outsourcing, Business Process Outsourcing and Managed Call Center. Additional Marketing and Financial qualifications are preferred. 10 to 15 years of experience. Teamworking skills and a collaborative approach to work. Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients.
