Job Description:

Provide customer and business insights to enable ‘Fact-Based’ decision making by deploying functional & analytical skills translating business intelligence into business actions for ROI maximization. Implement Consumer analytics’ techniques to maximize benefits from information assets and enhance revenue generation. Build and operate a best-in-class information architecture with efficient & flexible reporting tools. Report on business indicators and KPIs such as product & promotions performance, segment profitability, usage trends etc. Develop, own and maintain the Consumer analytics & Insights roadmap and implementation plan for proactive BI capabilities. Provide clear direction, set targets, prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities within consumer analytics own division.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Tracking and maintaining deliverables from internal (CIT & Technology) and external (agencies) partners on a regular basis and reporting status updates to Director/Marketing & Digital – Consumer Analytics & Insights
  • Highlight meaningful consumer insights to the various functions within marketing to ensure maximum ROI on customer information investments
  • Develop, monitor and maintain the Business Intelligence roadmap and implementation plan to provide high quality information, and proactive BI capabilities.
  • Provide customer and business insights to enable ‘Fact-Based’ decision making by deploying analytical skills translating business intelligence into business actions for ROI maximization. Implement customer analytics techniques to maximize benefits from information assets and enhance revenue generation.
  • Conduct periodic scan of the customer base to identify growth potential and revenue opportunities across products and segments under responsibility
  • Plan, monitor and conduct analysis of customer information across all dimensions such as product subscriptions, campaign performance, demographic profiles, usage patterns, traffic distribution etc… to identify trends and make recommendations to improve product and segment performance
  • In alignment with Director/Marketing & Digital CAI, provide and prioritize internal tasks to the Consumer Analytics & insights team.
  • Analyze business requirements and implement BI & reporting systems to deliver timely and accurate information on business performance.
  • Develop dashboards and dynamic reporting interfaces to present marketing information & KPIs to marketing management & internal stakeholders, based on individual needs.
  • Interacting with main internal stakeholders VPs, Directors, Senior Managers in handling requirements for Consumer Analytics & Insights and presenting findings to management.
  • Contribute to developing analytics strategy by producing reports and analysis designed to communicate data and key findings effectively and to grow key metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of experience in BI function, with a reputable marketing organization
  • Knowledge of BI & Reporting tools
  • MIS / BI Certification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Intelligence / Marketing
